b) Jump to ServiceDesk Plus

Features & Benefits:
• Hopping from FacilitiesDesk to ServiceDesk plus is made easy now for the technician who handles both the system - just click on the "Jumpto ServiceDesk Plus" icon in the required FacilitiesDesk screens
• When a user or supervisor wants to lodge a request to "ServiceDesk Plus" while they are logged in FacilitiesDesk, maintenance request form will have the necessary fields to route their ServiceDesk request to ServiceDesk Plus [provided the ServiceDesk Plus settings are incorporated in FacilitiesDesk]
